Smoked Turkey Breast

Perfect as a second meat at your occasion, for appetizers (see recipes) or as a truly superior sandwich meat. Much like the baked ham, this oven roasted and smoked turkey breast is fully cooked and spiral sliced. It is best not heated which makes it a snap to serve!

Smoked Turkey Breast is approximately 4 pounds and it is not pre-glazed (see glaze recipes if you’d like to dress it up a bit although I prefer it as is. The spiral slicer gives each slice fancy “fanning” texture similar to the baked ham. See slicing FAQ for minor slicing instructions.
