This Chocolate Chip Cake Recipe Makes a Great Chocolate Chip Cake Dessert

Serve at a brunch or picnic with baked ham from pams-hams. This was my dad's favorite.

Prep Time: 15 minutes,
Cook time: 40 minutes

Chocolate Chip Cake Ingredients
2 ¼ cup flour,
1 bag chocolate chips,
1 cup milk,
1 ½ cup sugar,
½ cup butter flavored Crisco (works WAY better than butter – chips fall to the bottom if you use regular butter, or worse yet, margarine),
2 ½ t. baking powder,
2 eggs,
1 t. vanilla

Instructions
Blend butter flavored Crisco and sugar then add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Pour ½ batter into a 9 x 12 pan, then add ½ chocolate, repeat. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
