This Cheesecake Recipe Makes the Best Cheesecake Ever!

Great served at a brunch or dinner with baked ham from pams-hams. This recipe is really not difficult although it is slightly more detailed than most of my recipes. You’ll find it’s worth it though!

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 37 minutes

Cheesecake Recipe Ingredients
Crust Ingredients
1 cups vanilla wafers crumbled
1/8 lb. butter melted
2 t. sugar

Filling Ingredients
1 lb. cream cheese softened
5 egg whites not beaten
1 t. vanilla
1 cups sugar

Topping Ingredients
2 cups sour cream
½ cup sugar
1 t. vanilla


Instructions
Mix together crust ingredients and press in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Then mix together the filling ingredients and pour over crust. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely. Last, mix the topping ingredients and pour over top of the cooled filling/crust. Bake at 475 for 12 minutes more. Cool and refrigerate.
